This is how it works:

  • The first few levels are for training and getting to know the gameplay
  • Then the action starts: You have to build a defense strategy against the hord of zombies – by planting vicious shooting plants in your garden patch.
  • Later on in the game the action will take place different parts of your house – like on the roof.
  • After every few levels you play a minigame, so there is some variety in the gameplay
  • After completing a level, you get a new weapon
  • One of the highlights is the zombies popping up in Michael-Jackson-Thriller-stlye – so funny!

The app Plants vs. Zombies has been a great hit from the start – but watch out: It’s highly addictive!

What I like about Plants vs. Zombies:

  • I love the zombies, their remarks during the game are hilarious
  • Never gets boring due to minigames between levels
  • I love the music and soun effects

What I don’t like about Plants vs. Zombies:

  • Some of the grapics are blurry and lack the correct resolution
  • When you have your strategy set the levels can get a bit too long
